We’re proud to share that three Storey projects have been shortlisted at this year’s Mix Awards.

Film House, a nearly 100,000 sq ft retrofit on Wardour Street in Soho, has been shortlisted for Project of the Year in the Workplace Interiors, 70k+ sq ft category. Designed by White Red and repositioned as a high-performance, well-being focused workplace, this Art Deco building includes a double-height reception, enhanced end-of-trip facilities, and a new rooftop lounge and bar.

RASCAL, a multi award winning film production company based in Shoreditch, has also been shortlisted for Project of the Year in the Workplace Interiors, 5–10k sq ft category. Designed by dMFK, this creative studio is the transformation of a former car garage into a 5,000 sq ft hospitality-led space with high-performance production studios, including for audio, visual, colour and post-production.

Leroy House, a Workspace Group retrofit and new build project in Dalston, has been shortlisted for Project of the Year in the Workplace Interiors, 15–35k sq ft category. Designed by trifle* alongside Piercy&Company, this 1930s watchmaker’s factory has been transformed into a new net-zero workspace for SMEs through through carefully planned low-impact design.
