We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our project at 138 Cheapside for Endurance Land. This 21,000 sq/ft CAT A+ fit out and refurbishment project delivered high-quality workspace across multiple floors within an occupied building.
The scheme included the delivery of a fully fitted first floor workspace with new meeting rooms, breakout spaces, tea points, phone booths, bespoke joinery, and refurbished WC facilities. We also completed the refurbishment of the sixth floor office space, enhancing finishes throughout and improving the overall arrival experience for future tenants.
Further works included the redesign of the basement end-of-trip facilities with upgraded fixtures and finishes, alongside enhancements to the ground floor reception area. Every element was carefully delivered to maximise tenant appeal while supporting the demands of the modern workplace.
Working within a live environment required careful planning, close coordination, and clear communication throughout the programme.
