We are pleased to share the recent completion of Holbein Gardens, comprising 26,500 sq ft of CAT B space delivered as part of Grosvenor’s growing managed workspace portfolio.
Works included the delivery of new flexible service offices, new reception area, boardroom suite, executive offices, meeting spaces, end-of-trip facilities, a feature bar and breakout areas, alongside high-end finishes throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop terrace further enhance the workplace experience, providing occupiers with premium amenities and flexible spaces.
