We're delighted to share the successful transformation of Film House, a 100,000 sqft commercial office retrofit delivered for Hines in the heart of Soho.
Acting as Project Manager and Employer's Agent, Storey led the team to reimagine the building shaped by years of previous reconfiguration, into a landmark office with a clear new identity. The design from White Red has redefined the building, while paying homage to its unique past within the film and media industries.
The refurbishment spans six floors and includes a statement reception with a double height atrium, upgraded end of trip facilities, new CAT A services, a gym, rooftop lounge and bar, and a terrace with panoramic views across London. The scheme has also reactivated the Wardour Street entrance, creating a more engaging arrival experience for occupiers and visitors, drawing the street into the building.
A strong team effort was key to the project's success.
