We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment works at Painter Building, 70 White Lion Street, delivered for Signet.
The scheme included 11,000 sq ft of CAT A refurbishment to Levels 3 and 4, alongside the delivery of a fully fitted 6,000 sq ft CAT A+ workspace on Level 2, complete with meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, phone booths, furniture and reception areas.
Further works included the refurbishment of the main building entrance, with new flooring, wall finishes and new signage throughout, enhancing the overall arrival experience for occupiers and visitors.
The project has delivered a high-quality workspace offering, creating flexible and contemporary office accommodation.
