Significant progress is being made at 20 Rathbone Place as the transformation of this prime West End asset continues.
Storey are working alongside JPMAM and the wider project team to deliver the refurbishment and enhancement of the building, which will introduce new amenities, 20,000 sqft of upgraded office space and a new rooftop experience in the heart of Fitzrovia.
The scheme includes structural interventions to create the new rooftop pavilion and amenity space, extensions to the lift and stair cores, part replacement of central plant, renewal of existing lifts, alongside four floors of high-quality CAT A.
