Grosvenor: Holbein Gardens

Storey partnered with Grosvenor to deliver Holbein Gardens as part of their growing managed workspace portfolio. The project compromised of 26,500 sq ft of CAT B space.

Works included the delivery of new flexible serviced office, new reception area, boardroom suite, executive office, meeting space, end of trip facilities, a feature bar and breakout areas, alongside high-end finishes throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop terrace further enhances the workplace experience, providing occupiers with premium amenities and flexible spaces.
