Film House

Storey is currently delivering the transformation of Film House, a landmark building in the heart of Soho. The main challenge of the project is the repurposing of the original CAT A fit out for more generalised market use, and to give the building a new brand identity, with improved design-led common spaces and best-in-class amenities.

Storey was tasked to lead a proactive team with a strong understanding of market requirements that could quickly grasp the brief, develop a set of beautiful and functions designs that could then be delivered to maintain flexibility to help the client achieve speed to market. The project includes a redesign of CAT A services, end of trip facilities and a statement reception.

Aimed sustainability credentials include BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, EPC A, WiredScore Gold and SmartScorePlatinum.
