This 70,000 sq ft CAT B fit out for a confidential legal client London HQ spans three floors with an interconnecting staircase and includes a high acoustic specification and is comprised primarily of single offices. Completed in 2023, the project team worked seamlessly to deliver a comprehensive approach to sustainable and health-conscious design by attaining a BREEAM "Excellent" rating, achieving zero carbon status, and obtaining WELL Health-Safety certification. The resulting new workplace prioritises the well-being of its occupants and features seven outdoor terraces, a spacious café, multifunctional meeting spaces, and an inviting interconnecting staircase.
