Storey completed the CAT B fit out L1-2 of Cassini House for Artemis. This included complete refurbishment and separation of L3 to create 7,000 sq ft stand-alone floor which is now available for leasing,
Storey provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services on the project, working closely with the team to do a refresh of the Artemis floors while maximising efficiency of space and functionality of the L1/2 floors and separating off L3 for a sublet. This was an insitu refurbishment so we worked closely with the client to phase works to ensure disruption to the business was minimal.
