Storey successfully completed another project for Endurance Land on Level 2 at 138 Cheapside, City of London. The 3,200 sqft CAT A+ fitted office now offers a refined, design-led, modern workspace to suit new occupier occupational needs, all within a light-filled, contemporary setting that balances function with understated elegance.
The project also included the phased replacement of key basebuild air conditioning systems across multiple floors in the building, to support new occupier requirements. This aspect of the project required meticulous navigation to successfully upgrade the VRF system whilst the building remained occupied throughout. Close coordination and careful planning was essential to make sure the tenants could remain working in a live environment during operating hours
