Led by Stephen Adams for our client Sterling Real Estate, this comprehensive asset repositioning scheme unified three existing buildings into a single self-contained offering of 23,000 sqft, achieving EPC B and BREEAM Excellent.

The 15 month programme involved extensive stakeholder approvals, temporary works, construction logistics and sequencing, and took months of careful planning and preparation by the project team. The finished product includes a comprehensive refurbishment of the interior and exterior, including bringing into use six double-height vaulted arches, activating the space with the introduction of new pavement lights, and the development of a private courtyard.
