We’re delighted to announce the successful completion of our project at Queens House with MrQ. This ambitious scheme involved the comprehensive transformation of a former hat factory into high-quality commercial space.
Located within a conservation area in St Albans, this 20,000 sq ft development includes one floor of CAT B fit-out, two floors of flexible coworking space, newly installed end-of-trip facilities in the basement, and a roof terrace on the second floor. The building also features cutting-edge technology throughout, including a fully equipped podcast studio.
This was a complex and ambitious project, carefully managed to deliver best-in-class facilities while preserving the unique character and heritage of the original building.
