Storey were delighted to provide project management services once again for Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP at the Muro building on Vine Street. This project, delivered in 2024, followed a fast-track programme that transformed part of the ground floor reception and delivered fully fitted workspace on Level 5.
The ground floor works included the creation of a new entrance within the curtain wall glazing, improving accessibility and supporting the introduction of a new on-site café to enhance tenant experience. On Level 5, a fully fitted CAT A+ workspace was delivered, featuring 34 workstations, several meeting rooms, breakout zones, and a kitchenette with dining space - providing a turnkey fully fitted solution for prospective occupiers. The completed space achieved a WiredScore Platinum rating, BREEAM Excellent certification, an EPC A rating, and operates on 100% renewable energy with a target of operational Net Zero carbon.
