




We are pleased to have recently completed the CAT B fit out of Levels 1-2 of Cassini House for Artemis Investment Management. This included the complete refurbishment and separation of L3 to create a 7,000 sq ft stand-alone floor, which is now available for leasing.
Storey provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services, working closely with the team to complete a refresh of the retained Artemis floors while maximising efficiency of space and functionality between the retained and sublet floors. All works were completed with Artemis remaining in situ, and Storey worked closely with the client and contractor to phase and sequence the works to ensure disruption to the business was minimal.
