The project involves a sympathetic yet extensive refurbishment of the Grade II listed townhouse dating from the 1750s. The approved works include the comprehensive modernisation of M&E systems, the introduction of vaulted office space at upper-floor level, a newly landscaped rear terrace, and premium end-of-trip facilities in the heart of Mayfair.
