We’re pleased to be engaged as project manager for the proposed transformation of No. 1 Poultry, working alongside John Robertson Architects on this iconic Grade II* listed City of London landmark.
Led by Basil Demeroutis and Ben Cross on behalf of IGIS Asset Managemenr, the plans focus on careful retrofit and reuse through restoring key public features including the Prow entrance and Apex rooftop garden, whilst delivering flexible, future-ready workspace and significantly improving the building’s long-term performance.
