We're excited to be delivering an ambitious retrofit alongside Shorea Capital and Native Land at Sira, 188 City Road, transforming the existing building into 42,000 sqft of premium office space.
Retaining 75% of the locally listed structure, the design introduces a relocated core to create more efficient, open floor plates, with new lifts opening directly into the new workspace. The reconfigured upper levels feature two full new floors, a mansard sixth, and a set back seventh floor with roof terrace offering stunning views across the London skyline.
Every project is a journey, and we love celebrating the story along the way. With primary structural works now largely complete, and following a topping-out ceremony last month, the facade and internal areas are progressing well.
